The privacy and security of your personal information is extremely important to us. This privacy policy explains how The Burford Festival uses your personal data, to make sure you stay informed and can be confident about giving us your information.

This Privacy Policy responds to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that applies from 25th May 2018. The Policy explains how we use any personal information that we collect about you for inclusion on our mailing list and from occasions when you use our website.

We collect information about you when you register with us to be a Friend or Benefactor of the Festival; when you volunteer to help or support us in other ways; when you agree to be included on our mailing list; and/or when you place an order for Festival tickets.

This information is used by us to track visitor use of the website. You can set your browser not to accept such cookies but this may result in some of our website features not functioning.

We use your data, with your agreement, to email you about Festival events and activities that we think may be of interest to you; and, where appropriate, to collect information about you to process your Festival tickets. We may use your information collected to personalise your repeat visits to our website.

Your information will be shared with Committee members of The Burford Festival only. Your information will not be shared for marketing or any other purpose with any other organisation or individual.
